Restore & Meditate 5th Jan 2018

This monthly class is designed to help you unwind from your week leaving you feeling calm, focused and light hearted to enjoy your weekend ahead.  We begin with breath work (pranayama) to assist you with grounding yourself and releasing the stresses of your week from your mind.

We then perform a series of restorative yoga postures that will release tension from the muscles and joints. As the name suggests these postures will be very gentle, we use props such as bolsters and blocks leaving the posture easy to perform.  We conclude with an introduction to learning meditation.

Location: Felda Gym (open to non-members)
Wear: Warm, comfy clothing
Bring: Your favourite blanket for relaxation
